 REIKI is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Reiki feels like a wonderful glowing radiance is flowing through and around you. The word 'Reiki' means Universal Life Force Energy. Reiki is a Japanese holistic technique that can reduce stress, promote relaxation and facilitate healing. The purpose of it is to treat not only physical problems, but also emotions, mind and spirit.
I do Reiki attunements:
Reiki Level I- heals physical level disease and directs the healing of others; heal yourself before learning how to help others heal.
Reiki Level II- heals emotional, mental and karmic imbalances, directs healing of others and also distant (absent) healing of others with the use of 2 symbols.
Reiki Level III- includes all of the above as well as spiritual healing and the ability to teach only Reiki Level I including the use of 1 more symbols.
Reiki Level IV- Reiki Master Teacher

Massage for the Spinal Column
 The Raindrop Therapy Technique is useful as a preventive measure against bacterial, fungal and viral infections and helps to reduce spinal inflammations. It has been used on people with scoliosis, kyphosis and lordosis with beneficial results in the spinal column and as an alternative for people who choose not to get flu shots for the winter season.

 This unique groundings soothing treatment will sedate the nervous system, draw toxins and oil to the surface and increase circulation. In Hot Stone Massage Therapy, heated basalt stones are placed on the body in various positions, resulting in the sensation of "many pairs of hands" providing the warmth and attention your sore muscles crave.

Mastermind - Transformation Circle Class
Close your eyes and envision four or five other people of like mind; kind, caring, accepting and supportive, in your "Mastermind" circle. Everyone will be there to offer loving support for one another. You will meet once a week for 10 weeks. Each person in the circle will have the opportunity to be uplifted and held in the light for a two-week period. Whatever your heart's desire will be focused on and prayer will flood the universe on your behalf for two weeks. Than you will help support someone else. We have seen miracles happen over and over again. There's tremendous power in unified and focused intention.

BASIC MASSAGE Lessons for Couples
Basic Massage lessons for Couples, Newly Weds, or Future Couples
 The class is designed for couples, but if you like to pair up with your friends it will be just fine.
In this class you will learn to give each other a full-body massage. Massage is a fun and exciting way to treat and share with your partner. You will learn about the different ways to either sooth aches and pains, relax, and develop relaxation and improve the relationship. So, if you and your partner would like to treat yourselves to a session of fun, relaxation and a little learning that will help you both feel great and ensure that you can help each other with the stresses and strains of life.
Couples Massage Classes are designed to teach a basic, yet effective massage routine that will help each partner reduce muscle tension and enhance relaxation.
Learn Simple Techniques Based On Swedish Massage and Reflexology. Learn to give and receive nurturing, intentional touch with your partner. Couples Massage encourages people to bring healing touch into their daily lives through therapeutic massage a form of physical communication that encourages trust and understanding.
Class fee is $120 per couple for 1 lesson

Teens will learn:
This workshop helps Teens get in touch with energy and learn simple methods of using Reiki to help heal themselves, friends and family, plants, animals and the environment. It is designed to be fun and interesting for children who would like to spend time in a nurturing, supportive atmosphere, which allows them to explore their unique potential. They will leave the class with a greater feeling of self-confidence and empowerment.
Kids love the sound of the Tibetan Bells and Crystal Healing Bowl. The Crystal Sound clear the energy around the body and aura, balancing energy and so much more!
There are many benefits to using Reiki. Teens can be trained in Reiki and can use it on themselves daily. Reiki is so gentle, that most children can work with the energy. Reiki works on all levels of the body - mental, emotional as well as physical. A Reiki session usually creates feelings of deep relaxation and inner peace.
Class is $13 each session for 1 hour. Class limited to 4-6 Teens.
